Job summary

Reddit seeks a senior leader to direct Revenue Strategy & Operations for Global Large Customer Sales (LCS). You’ll partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Business Ops to translate strategy into measurable revenue outcomes.

You will own planning, forecasting, and programs that boost productivity, demand, and scale for a globally coherent GTM model, close to North American hubs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in sales strategy, revenue operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading strategy for complex, global sales orgs.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, platforms, and monetization.

Responsibilities

• Shape channel strategy, priorities, operating model, and investments.
• Lead annual/quarterly planning with finance and regional leaders.
• Establish global rhythm with weekly/ monthly reviews and exec reporting.
• Create a single view of LCS performance across regions and segments.
• Own forecasting process and drive forecast accuracy and accountability.
• Develop programs to expand share of large customer advertising budgets.
