Reddit is seeking a senior leader to drive Revenue Strategy & Operations for Global Large Customer Sales (LCS). You will partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Business Operations to translate strategy into measurable revenue outcomes across regions and segments.

The role requires building cadence, running forecasting, and scaling a world-class operating model. You will own planning, performance reviews, and executive reporting, shaping priorities and investments with

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, or related functions.
• Experience leading strategy and operations for multi-region sales organizations.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, ad tech, or platform monetization.

Responsibilities

• Shape channel strategy, priorities, and investment decisions for Global LCS.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning with finance and regional leaders.
• Establish and run the global business rhythm with regular performance reviews.
• Build a single view of LCS performance across regions and segments.
• Own the forecasting process and drive accuracy and accountability.
• Develop programs to expand Reddit’s share of large customer advertising budgets.
• Scale a globally coherent go-to-market strategy while adapting to local markets.
• Create repeatable playbooks for launching and scaling new sales programs.
• Improve sales productivity and reduce operational friction.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Data teams to remove blockers.
• Coach a global team of strategists and analysts to high performance.
