Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in sales operations, revenue ops, planning, or analytics within high-growth environments.
• Advanced SQL for data extraction and transformation with executive dashboards experience.
• Experience modeling incentives and designing quota and payout structures.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain end-to-end sales analytics infrastructure and weekly dashboards.
• Design, model, and administer regional quota systems and incentive plans.
• Perform market sizing and lead scoring for target accounts by country and tier.
• Serve as CRM system owner, enforce data standards and workflow automation.
• Author the weekly executive business review detailing trends and bottlenecks.
