Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Senior Director, Global Acceleration Hub – Revenue Cloud & Spiff Practice Leader to define and scale delivery acceleration, strategy, and workforce readiness. You’ll lead a team of experts, partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to elevate delivery standards and drive scalable outcomes for customers.

You will oversee practice health, GTM alignment, and governance while shaping reusable patterns and scalable capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in professional services, consulting, or enterprise SaaS delivery.
• Domain expertise in Revenue Cloud, Quote-to-Cash, Sales Transformation, and Enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate delivery concepts into clear business terms and drive GTM strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision and operating model for Revenue Cloud and Spiff Professional Services.
• Drive practice health, growth, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and development of leaders across the practice.
• Partner with Sales and Product to accelerate services adoption and customer success.
• Oversee delivery governance, quality standards, and collaboration with Global Delivery Center.
