Qualifications

10+ years of leadership in professional services, consulting, or enterprise SaaS delivery.
Domain expertise in Revenue Cloud, Quote-to-Cash, Sales Transformation, and Enterprise SaaS.
Experience building and scaling delivery organizations and leading cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to drive go-to-market strategy, business growth, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the strategic vision and operating model for Revenue Cloud & Spiff Professional Services.
Drive overall practice health, growth, scalability, and operational excellence.
Lead organizational planning, workforce strategy, and practice evolution.
Partner with Sales to develop go-to-market strategies and accelerate services adoption.
Collaborate across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Global Delivery for cohesive experiences.
Serve as executive sponsor for strategic enterprise customers and governance discussions.
Establish delivery governance, quality standards, and repeatable frameworks.
Influence roadmaps through Voice of Services feedback and AI-driven capabilities.
