Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Director, Global Acceleration Hub – Revenue Cloud & Spiff Practice Leader, to scale delivery acceleration and drive practice health across the Revenue Cloud and Spiff portfolio.

You will lead a team of product implementation experts, partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, and shape go-to-market, workforce readiness, and repeatable delivery assets for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

10+ years of leadership in professional services or enterprise SaaS.
Domain expertise in Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Sales Transformation, and Enterprise SaaS platforms.
Proven ability to build and scale high-performing delivery organizations.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the strategic vision, priorities, and operating model for the Revenue Cloud and Spiff Professional Services Practice.
Partner with Sales leadership to develop go-to-market strategies that accelerate services adoption and customer success.
Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic enterprise customers and key transformation initiatives.
Establish delivery best practices, governance frameworks, quality standards, and operational processes.
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities and drive product adoption.
