Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, sales, or commercial leadership.
• Experience with health, wellness, supplements, or pharmaceutical products.
• Strong network with retailers and distributors.
• Data-driven, results-oriented, and confident leading independently.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
• Energetic, forward-thinking, and passionate about the health & wellness space.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow retail and distributor partnerships
• Build and manage key accounts and international relationships
• Attend conferences and trade shows to promote products and acquire new customers
• Collaborate with marketing to create decks, sales materials, and promotional content
• Track KPIs, revenue, and performance metrics
• Ensure all activities meet regulatory and compliance standards
