Job summary

RxPx is seeking a Director of Pharma Partnerships to identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical companies. This role drives commercial growth by originating opportunities, aligning collaboration with our mission, and working across internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharma partnerships or digital health, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication. This is a remote role supporting a global health tech platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years in partnership management, business development, or sales within pharma or digital health.
• Strong understanding of pharma landscape, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
• Proven track record in partnership development and negotiation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
• CRM and project management tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage pharmaceutical partners to deliver value for patients and providers.
• Develop and measure partnership strategies to drive growth and ROI.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and business development teams.
• Lead negotiations to establish agreements with pharma partners.
• Monitor industry trends, regulation changes to inform strategies.
• Track KPIs to assess partnership success and report outcomes.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels; attend conferences and events.
• Meet and exceed commercial quotas tied to partnerships.
