Advantage Group International seeks an Associate Director, Retailer Partnerships & Growth, USA, to lead the U.S. retailer strategy with senior leadership.

You will own priority retailer relationships, translate insights into priorities, and drive multi‑stream initiatives from strategy through execution. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, present strategic recommendations to senior leaders, and build scalable processes to measure progress and commercial impact across the retailer

Qualifications

• Significant experience in retail, strategy, consulting, insights, client leadership or related field.
• Independent track record of leading complex strategic initiatives.
• Comfort presenting strategic recommendations to senior leaders and facilitating executive discussions.
• Experience working with U.S. retailers; familiarity with research, data-led advisory, or supplier/retailer collaboration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Director of Retail Partnerships to advance and translate AGI’s U.S. retailer strategy into actionable execution.
• Own the strategy, relationship development and execution roadmap for a defined portfolio of priority retailers; lead strategic conversations with senior retailer stakeholders.
• Lead analysis and development of channel opportunities by identifying priority retail channels and translating into strategic requirements for AGI.
• Lead complex strategic workstreams from problem definition through execution with cross-functional alignment across stakeholders.
• Drive growth within retailer relationships by identifying opportunities and advancing from concept to pilot, conversion and expansion.
• Build repeatable tools and processes for retailer prioritization, strategy management and progress measurement.
