Job summary

Genpact invites applications for the role of Global Relationship Manager - Retail. The position focuses on building strategic client relationships, executing go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue growth across Retail accounts.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Delivery to source opportunities, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business impact through executive-level presentations and strategic guidance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with Retail client and Genpact account team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Leverage and synthesize your industry knowledge, publicly available information, partner ecosystem, and Genpact capabilities to engage with client stakeholders to source and identify new opportunities that will enhance retailer performance in Sourcing, Procurement, eCommerce, Compliance, Product, and IT.
• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Operations, and Delivery to create momentum for new business opportunities and support successful deal conversion.
• Manage and coordinate the resolution of complex cross-functional client issues, ensuring timely responses and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute growth strategies focused on both financial performance and long-term client success.
• Foster a culture of trust, transparency, collaboration, and accountability within teams and client engagements.
• Identify and assess new market opportunities and customer needs
• Translate business strategies into actionable execution plans that support sustainable growth and measurable business outcomes.
• Develop executive-level client presentations, business cases, and meeting collateral while coordinating inputs from Sales, Operations, Digital, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct SWOT analyses, due diligence reviews, and financial impact assessments to evaluate new business opportunities and strategic investments.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging industry expertise to deliver strategic recommendations and strengthen long-term partnerships.
