Responsibilities

Develop and strengthen relationships with sales organizations and create go-to-market strategies.
Design commercial models to enhance Genpact’s value and revenue growth.
Build and implement data strategies to guide promotional planning and execution.
Collaborate with Sales and Operations senior leadership to generate momentum for new deals.
Manage cross-functional client issue resolution to ensure timely responses.
Develop growth strategy balancing financial success and client satisfaction.
