Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with sales organizations and create go-to-market strategies.
• Design commercial models that enhance Genpact’s value proposition and drive revenue growth.
• Build and implement data strategies to guide promotional planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations leadership to generate momentum for new deals and successful delivery.
• Manage cross-functional client issues with timely responses to client needs.
• Develop growth strategies balancing financial success and client satisfaction.
• Drive operational excellence through governance and resource optimization across teams.
• Identify new markets and customer needs in the Deduction Management space and tailor strategies.
• Translate vision into actionable plans and create collateral for customer meetings.
• Promote Genpact’s offerings by aligning to client objectives and business needs.
• Develop case studies showing the impact of Genpact’s value-sharing approach.
