Job summary

Rubrik seeks a strategic Global Resource Leader to design and lead resource management and capacity planning for the Global Professional Services Organization. You will establish the system of record, standardize processes, and drive globally consistent decision-making with executive collaboration.

You will oversee a sub-contractor ecosystem, ensure data integrity, and deliver actionable executive reports on utilization and talent distribution to accelerate Rubrik's growth and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of direct experience in resource management, capacity planning, or professional services operations.
• Direct experience managing a sub-contractor ecosystem as an extension of a Consulting/Delivery team.
• Executive-level exposure with ability to present data and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a high-performing resource management and capacity planning system for Rubrik's Global Professional Services Organization.
• Drive global process standardization and governance across NAM, EMEA, and APAC.
• Champion design and implementation of PSA as system of record to eliminate manual effort and accelerate cycles.
• Ensure clean, harmonized data for leadership decision-making.
• Partner with PS Delivery, Finance, and HR to enable global stakeholders.
• Manage sub-contractor ecosystem to scale global capacity.
• Provide high-level executive reporting on utilization, capacity forecasts, and talent distribution.
