Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Global Resource Leader to establish and lead our resource management and capacity planning for the Global Professional Services organization. You will drive alignment across NAM, EMEA, and APAC and partner with executives to enable data-driven decisions.

We expect 7–10 years’ experience in PSA-driven resource management, strong cross-functional influence, and a track record of scaling global capacity with sub-contractor partners.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in resource management, capacity planning, or professional services operations using PSA and AI.
• Direct experience leading a sub-contractor ecosystem within a global Consulting/Delivery structure.
• Experience building a resource management/capacity planning system for a Global Professional Services business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global resource management and capacity planning function for Rubrik’s Professional Services.
• Drive standardization and governance across NAM, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Champion automation and implement a PSA as the system of record for capacity planning and forecasting.
• Ensure clean, harmonized data feeds for leadership decision-making.
• Collaborate with PS Delivery, Finance, and HR to assign capacity and manage talent distribution.
• Oversee subcontractor ecosystem to scale global capacity.
• Provide executive-level reporting on utilization and forecasts.
