GE Vernova seeks a Repair & NPI Deployment Leader to drive the development and deployment of new repairs and tooling for the Global Onshore Wind Services & Installation business, focusing on Craneless MCU. You will lead validations, training, and global deployment while driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, extensive travel, and execution of Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to enhance SQDC across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field from an accredited university
• Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time, including international travel
• Repair or Installation Engineering experience
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent quality certification

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary liaison between Global Services & Projects and Wind Engineering in tool/repair developments and deployment
• Lead global validations and beta period of tooling and processes with cross-functional teams
• Lead action plans after validations and drive continuous improvements to meet CTQs
• Develop global training requirements and curricula for new tools/repair products
• Oversee full operational deployment including cost/benefit, procurement, logistics, and training plans
• Provide technical direction and on-site/remote support to resolve issues safely and with quality
• Lead lean initiatives and development of new standards to improve SQDC
• Develop and deploy new repair processes and tools globally
