Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a program manager to lead site activities for wind turbine retrofit projects in the United States. You will coordinate parts and labor, work with customers for scope approval, and collaborate with engineering to keep work instructions accurate and up to date.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and the ability to work with global teams, potentially across multiple countries, while maintaining safety and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Services & Retrofit/Upgrade in wind turbines.
• Experience with Oracle purchasing system/invoicing and debriefing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead entire scope of site activities from mobilization to final acceptance, coordinating parts and labor.
• Attain customer approval for implementation of the designated work scope.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate work instructions and updated program scope.
• Ensure safety requirements are met and develop special LOTO procedures.
