Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and career development for ROC Engineers and ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Set KPIs and drive data-driven improvements across ROC, engineering, and field operations.
• Sponsor ROC safety and regulatory compliance and lead lessons learned.
• Coordinate with Site Managers and Product Engineering on fleet performance and tooling.
