Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Manager of the Remote Operations Center (ROC) to lead a high-performing team of ROC Engineers responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting the wind fleet, scale ROC capabilities, and drive digital transformation.

You will partner with field operations and global engineering to improve fleet availability, safety, and efficiency, manage budgets, and champion data-driven continuous improvement across 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 5–7+ years in Wind Operations, Power Generation, or large-scale remote ops centers.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership, mentorship, and career development for ROC Engineers.
• Drive ROC standard work to optimize remote monitoring tooling and fleet availability.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and shift scheduling for 24/7 global coverage.
• Set and monitor KPIs (MTTR, Alarm Management, Fleet Availability).
