Job summary

GBTA is seeking an Exhibit Operations Specialist to manage exhibit fulfillment and related operations for multiple global expos in a remote, fast-paced environment. You will work with the sales operation fulfillment team, marketing, and head of exhibits to ensure timely confirmations, accurate floor plans, and compliant expo execution.

You will maintain exhibitor databases, handle invoicing workflows in Salesforce and ExpoFP, and collaborate to create service manuals and prospectuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• 2-3 years marketing, sales operations, or business development experience.
• Strong working knowledge of showing mapping systems such as ExpoFP, Map Your Show, Expocad.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• Strong working knowledge of Cvent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
• Detail oriented and highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Remote environment experience and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage exhibit deliverables for all events and support fulfillment and invoicing.
• Respond to exhibitor requests, agreements and invoices; generate reports.
• Coordinate booth sold process, confirmations, deadlines, and floor plans.
• Maintain expo database, update exhibitor contacts and floor plans on the website.
• Oversee approval tracking of expo booth support badges and show mapping.
• Support development of exhibitor service manuals, prospectuses, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate on floor plan updates and logistics with service contractors.
• Coordinate housing, registration, and scheduling with meetings teams.
• Assist with booth design requests and expo selections processes.
• Coordinate exhibitor move-in/move-out and event logistics.
• Identify incremental expo opportunities and drive additional revenue.
