Job summary

Picus Security is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales of our cybersecurity software to large enterprise customers. You will become a subject matter expert through the full sales cycle and own the value proposition with customers and partners.

You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Product, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success to deliver the sales plan, while working with resellers and integrators to expand opportunities on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise cybersecurity sales or related field.
• SaaS sales experience with complex, consultative selling.
• Strong customer-focused approach and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and drive opportunities to closure.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and pipeline through prospecting and pre-qualified leads.
• Manage high-profile client relationships and align Picus value proposition to customer needs.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product, Marketing, Support and Customer Success.
• Lead governance discussions and prioritize opportunities to achieve quotas.
• Develop and execute a business plan to achieve predetermined goals and growth.
• Maintain regular contact with prospects through discovery and needs analysis.
• Work with partners, resellers, and integrators to expand reach.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and forecast revenue accurately.
• Stay current with cybersecurity trends to build domain expertise.
