Job summary

Picus Security is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive strategic, high-value sales with major customers worldwide. You will become a subject matter expert across Picus’ security validation platform, guiding customers from discovery to closure while collaborating closely with partners and internal teams.

You will engage with high-profile clients, manage governance, and identify new opportunities to grow Picus’ footprint in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Account Executive in a consultative sales environment.
• Minimum 4+ years in Cybersecurity sales or related field.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to align solutions with customer goals.
• Growth mindset and business acumen with curiosity about cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with relationship-building ability.
• High integrity, motivation, and self-starting attitude.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through meetings, problems solving, and prospecting.
• Collaborate with partners to create joint plans and drive pipeline to closure.
• Develop and execute a business plan to meet quotas and growth targets.
• Maintain regular contact with prospects, understand their business, and diagnose pain points.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on Picus’ value proposition.
• Manage opportunity pipeline and revenue forecast using the CRM.
• Work with resellers, service providers, and integrators to expand reach.
• Stay current with cybersecurity industry trends to build expertise.
