Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a remote Recruiting Operations Coordinator based in the United States to support a global Talent Acquisition function. You will coordinate complex interview processes across multiple time zones, from assessments to executive and security panels, while managing calendars and ATS records.

This role combines high-touch candidate support with compliance, analytics, and operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in recruiting coordination or talent operations in tech or cybersecurity SaaS.
• Experience with ATS such as Ashby/Greenhouse/Lever and scheduling tools like GoodTime/Calendly/Google Workspace.
• Coordinate high-volume calendars across multiple time zones with accuracy.
• Strong discretion with confidential data and candidate privacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a service mindset.
• Experience using AI tools to improve communications and workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate multi-stage interview loops across global time zones including coding and security panels.
• Manage calendars, conflicts, rooms, and virtual links with AI-assisted scheduling.
• Deliver high-touch candidate experience from screening to offer with itineraries and guidance.
• Serve as main contact for candidate logistics and interview questions.
• Maintain ATS records, compliance checks, background checks, NDAs, and scorecards.
• Monitor feedback completion and drive timely hiring decisions.
• Use AI analytics to identify bottlenecks and optimize scheduling efficiency.
• Support posting distribution and recruiting events, contributing to process improvements.
• Develop expertise in ATS and troubleshoot workflows for colleagues.
• Synthesize interview feedback for hiring committees while protecting confidentiality.
• Track recruiting metrics like time-to-schedule, interview completion, and data accuracy.
