Job summary

Harnham in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support embedded client projects across multiple accounts. This hybrid role blends hands-on scheduling with proactive coordination to move candidates and hiring teams efficiently through each stage of the process.

You will partner with senior leaders to deliver high-quality experiences for candidates and clients, coordinating interviews, communications, and documentation while maintaining accurate data in our systems.

Qualifications

• Experience as Recruiting Coordinator or Talent Acquisition support in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in internal TA teams or recruitment agencies.
• Comfort coordinating high-volume interviews and multiple hiring processes.
• Strong organization, detail orientation and deadline management.
• Confident written and verbal communication with candidates and clients.
• Proactive and able to work with minimal direction.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS, calendars, Slack and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews across candidates, clients, and internal teams.
• Manage candidate communication, interview confirmations, preparation materials, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Work across multiple client accounts and learn their teams, roles, and processes.
• Arrange interviews with hiring managers and gather availability.
• Track interviews, submissions, feedback, and next steps across searches.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and client systems.
• Support candidate submissions and ensure on-time information delivery.
• Join client intake and recruitment calls, taking notes and capturing actions.
• Identify scheduling issues and propose solutions to speed hiring.
• Produce recruitment activity and pipeline reports.
• Support admin tasks: applications, LinkedIn responses, screening coordination, and prep documents.
