Job summary

Collectly is seeking a highly organized Talent Coordinator and Sourcer for a remote US role. You will partner with the Talent Manager to schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, and provide candidate support across GTM hiring.

You’ll identify top talent via multi-channel sourcing and maintain clean ATS records. Within 90 days, you’ll own scheduling end-to-end, build relationships with hiring managers, and refine processes for efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Talent Acquisition, including recruitment coordination and sourcing in a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience supporting Go-To-Market hiring (Sales, AE, Implementation, CS, Product).
• Familiar with ATS/HRIS, scheduling tools, and LinkedIn sourcing; strong ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, curious, meticulous approach and comfort with change management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics across open requisitions with minimal oversight.
• Source passive and active candidates through multi-channel methods and optimize pipelines.
• Review resumes for baseline qualifications and fit; partner on sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Develop scalable hiring processes and maintain accurate ATS records.
• Support reference checks and contribute to candidate experience and process improvements.
