Job summary

Menlo Security is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our global Talent Acquisition team. You will manage end-to-end scheduling, candidate logistics, and ATS administration for fast-moving technical and business hiring across multiple geographies.

You'll partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and security leaders to ensure a high-touch interview experience, using AI-assisted tools and data insights to optimize scheduling and candidate journeys.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in recruiting coordination or HR coordination within tech
• Experience with ATS Ashby/Greenhouse/Lever and scheduling tools
• Ability to manage high-volume calendars across global time zones
• Meticulous about candidate privacy and data confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-stage interview loops across global time zones with scheduling, assessments, and panels
• Deliver white-glove candidate experience from initial screen to offer, with clear itineraries and guidelines
• Maintain ATS data integrity, compliance checks, and feedback tracking
• Assist with job postings and recruiting events (e.g., security industry conferences)
• Synthesize interview feedback using AI tools to support hiring decisions
