Job summary

North Bridge Staffing Group is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruitment operations team in Chicago, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews, assist with job postings, resume screening, events, and candidate expenses, and leverage AI tools to automate communications and scheduling, while collaborating with internal teams such as office management and facilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting or administrative experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime if needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort and curiosity with AI tools, and a demonstrated interest in using them to automate manual work and improve everyday processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience for all candidates, communicating professionally throughout the process.
• Coordinate and manage phone, video, and onsite interviews for candidates with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Support job postings, resume screening, on-campus events, in-office events and candidate expenses.
• Maintain candidate status and distribute candidate evaluation forms in the applicant tracking system.
• Engage with internal teams outside of HR as needed (office management, facilities, etc.).
• Use AI tools to automate and streamline recruiting workflows, such as drafting candidate communications, summarizing interview feedback, and reducing manual steps in scheduling and data entry.
• Identify repetitive coordination tasks that can be automated, pilot AI-enabled solutions, and share what works with the wider recruitment team to raise the bar on efficiency and consistency.
• Assist with other recruitment-related tasks and projects, as needed
