TeamViewer GmbH is seeking an experienced Recruiting Operations Manager to scale our global interview coordination function across EMEA, Americas, and APAC. You will lead a team of Recruiting Coordinators, standardize processes, and implement scalable scheduling infrastructure while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive hiring success globally, optimize workflows, and ensure data

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting coordination or talent acquisition with team leadership
• Experience managing global hiring operations across multiple regions
• Strong interview scheduling, coordination workflows, and ATS experience
• Proven ability to build or optimize processes, KPIs, and metrics in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of Recruiting Coordinators across EMEA, Americas, and APAC
• Oversee interview scheduling and coordination operations for candidates and hiring teams
• Design and optimize scalable coordination processes and workflows
• Establish metrics to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement
• Ensure data integrity, process compliance, and effective use of ATS and scheduling tools
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and stakeholders to support hiring goals
• Lead coordination for executive interviews, onsite interviews, and recruiting events
• Identify opportunities for automation and standardization to enable global hiring at scale
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives to improve operations and candidate experience
