Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a strategic leader to own the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP). You will drive the full lifecycle, ensuring partner compliance while enabling cross-functional collaboration across PS leadership, Rubrik University, and engineering teams.

The role requires 7–10 years in PS partner programs, executive presence, and global stakeholder management. You will build scalable enablement for GSI, MSP, and SI partners and guide program evolution.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct PS partner program development and management experience.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive initiatives.
• Experience building and managing partner enablement systems for a Global PS business.
• Extensive experience partnering across diverse global teams including GSI, MSP, and SI environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; equivalent practical experience welcomed.
• Strong understanding of program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Build and manage the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP).
• Governance & Compliance: Enforce participation requirements and standards for service delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align enablement goals with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, and Services teams.
• Partner Ecosystem Enablement: Develop tracks with GSI, MSP, and SI partners and scale initiatives.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, and evolution.
