Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Recruiter to bring medical facilities into its worldwide provider network. The role requires extensive phone work, cold calling, and pricing negotiations with facilities across CONUS and OCONUS.

You will source opportunities, document provider data, and report to the Provider Network Operations Manager. You will build relationships with facility staff, coordinate credentialing, and ensure compliance with applicable contracts and standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 5-6 years of experience, with 2-3 years in medical facility recruitment.
• Ability to participate in cross-department projects and support marketing/sales objectives.
• Comfort with negotiation and complex problem solving.
• Follows safety policies and compliance standards.
• Proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruit medical facilities and clinics for Acuity's Occupational Health Services.
• Develop a self-generated list of recruitment opportunities via research and networking.
• Understand territory and secure provider coverage.
• Build relationships with facility staff and respond to communications.
• Negotiate pricing on agreements and addendums with providers.
• Run reports and manage provider information in software systems.
• Coordinate paperwork and credentialing with the Credentialing Manager.
• Resolve complex issues and produce advanced reports.
• Comply with contract requirements for Commercial & Government work.
• Collaborate with program managers and leaders to solve issues.
