Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a strategic leader to own the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP) and drive its lifecycle across the partner ecosystem. You will partner with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, and Services Engineering to ensure compliance, program growth, and scalable enablement across GSI, MSP, and SI partners.

This role reports to the VP, Global Professional Services and offers exposure to executive leadership and a path to impact Rubrik’s broader

Qualifications

7–10 years of direct experience in Professional Services partner programs.
Executive presence with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
Industry expertise in global professional services partner enablement.
Strong cross-functional collaboration across GSI, MSP, and SI networks.
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program lifecycle.
Define governance and compliance for partner participation.
Collaborate with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, and Services Engineering.
Scale partner tracks with GSI, MSP, and SI partners.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, and program evolution.
