Job summary

Rubrik seeks a strategic leader to own the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP), guiding its lifecycle from recruitment to ongoing evolution and ensuring partners meet high service and technical standards.

You will collaborate with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, and Services Engineering to scale partner tracks across GSI, MSP, and SI ecosystems, driving governance and enablement at scale.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct experience in Professional Services (PS) partner program development and management.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
• Experience building and managing partner enablement systems for Global PS business.
• Extensive experience partnering across diverse global teams, including GSI, MSP, and SI environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; equivalent practical experience welcomed.
• Strong understanding of program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows within a global services context.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP) lifecycle, from recruitment to ongoing evolution.
• Drive governance and compliance to ensure partners meet high service delivery and technical proficiency standards.
• Collaborate with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and Services Engineering Manager to align enablement goals with business objectives.
• Partner with GSI, MSP, and SI enablement teams to scale specialized partner tracks.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle management of the program, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
