Job summary

Rubrik seeks a leader for the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP) to own its lifecycle, ensure partner compliance, and enable cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic tech environment. The role reports to the Vice President, Global Professional Services and drives strategic initiatives with partners.

You will partner with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and Services Engineering to scale enablement across GSI, MSP, and SI ecosystems,

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct experience in Professional Services (PS) partner program development and management.
• Executive-level interaction experience with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience building and managing partner enablement systems for a Global Professional Services business.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP), establishing it as a world-class standard for partner excellence.
• Drive and enforce program participation requirements to ensure all partners meet Rubrik’s high standards for service delivery and technical proficiency.
• Partner closely with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and Services Engineering Manager to align enablement goals with business objectives.
• Collaborate with GSI, MSP, and SI partners to develop and scale specialized partner tracks.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the RPSP, including recruitment, onboarding, ongoing performance monitoring, and strategic program evolution.
