Rubrik seeks a strategic leader to own the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP), driving its design, governance, and ongoing optimization across the partner ecosystem.

You will oversee cross-functional collaboration with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, and Services Engineering, ensuring partner compliance, scalable tracks, and measurable outcomes for service delivery and technical proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7-10 years in PS partner program development and management.
• Executive presence with senior stakeholder influence.
• Industry expertise in global professional services partner enablement.
• Experience partnering across GSI, MSP, SI environments.
• Education: Bachelor's in Business, Management, or related field.
• Program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP).
• Governance & Compliance: enforce participation requirements and standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, and Services Engineering.
• Partner Ecosystem Enablement with GSI, MSP, and SI partners to scale tracks.
• Lifecycle Management: recruit, onboard, monitor performance, and evolve the program.
