Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Microsoft Presales Leader for Cloud & AI Platforms to define and lead presales strategy across priority markets. You will shape major pursuits, align with Microsoft's plays, and drive scalable, end-to-end solutions for complex client transformations.

The role requires 8+ years in presales or enterprise tech sales, strong Microsoft tech expertise, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in presales, solution architecture, or enterprise technology sales.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure, Data & AI, Security, Business Applications, Copilot).
• Ability to translate technology into business value and shape client strategies.
• Experience building end-to-end solutions including business case and delivery approach.
• Proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders and lead global teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead global presales strategy for EY–Microsoft Alliance within a Solution Area.
• Shape major, high-value global pursuits and qualify, shape and close opportunities.
• Align presales approaches with Microsoft solutions and field priorities.
• Collaborate across EY service lines and Microsoft stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions.
• Engage senior client stakeholders to articulate clear, outcome-driven value propositions.
• Develop reusable assets and playbooks for scalable presales execution.
• Help shape differentiated EY–Microsoft solutions leveraging latest Microsoft technology.
