Qualifications

• 8+ years in presales, solution architecture, or enterprise technology sales.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure, Data & AI, Security, Business Applications, Copilot).
• Ability to translate technology into business value and shape transformation journeys.
• Experience developing end-to-end solutions including business case and delivery approach.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and proposal-writing skills; able to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional, global teams and manage senior stakeholders.
• Track record of winning strategic opportunities in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead global presales strategy for EY-Microsoft Alliance across a Solution Area.
• Support and lead presales on strategic, high-value global pursuits with cross-team collaboration.
• Align presales with Microsoft’s Sales Plays and field priorities for joint engagement.
• Collaborate across EY service lines and Microsoft to design end-to-end solutions.
• Engage senior client stakeholders to shape transformation opportunities and value.
• Develop reusable assets, proposals, and playbooks for scalable presales.
• Help shape differentiated EY-Microsoft solutions leveraging Microsoft tech.
