Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Global Microsoft Alliance Presales Leader for AI Business Solutions. You will define and lead global presales strategy, collaborate with Microsoft teams, and shape major pursuits across priority markets to drive transformational opportunities.

You will distill complex technology into clear client narratives, engage senior stakeholders, and develop scalable assets to enable consistent presales execution across regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in presales, solution architecture, or enterprise technology sales, with complex deals experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure, Data & AI, Security, Business Applications, Copilot).
• Ability to translate technology into business value and enable transformation journeys.
• Experience developing end-to-end solutions with business case and delivery approach.
• Strong storytelling, presentation and proposal-writing capabilities for C-level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional global teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Track record of shaping and winning strategic opportunities in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Global Presales Leadership: Define and lead the global presales strategy within a Solution Area, establishing repeatable methods and governance.
• Major Deal Shaping: Support and lead presales on strategic global pursuits with cross-functional teams.
• Microsoft Alignment: Align presales approaches with Microsoft AI Business Solution Area and Sales Plays.
• Ecosystem Collaboration: Design integrated end-to-end solutions addressing complex client challenges across EY and Microsoft.
• Client Engagement: Engage with senior client stakeholders to articulate clear, outcome-driven value propositions.
• Presales Assets & Enablement: Develop reusable assets and playbooks for scalable presales execution.
• Solution Innovation: Shape differentiated EY–Microsoft solutions leveraging MS tech and EY capabilities.
