Job summary

Ajax Systems seeks a skilled professional to advance our security gear in the US market. You will conduct technical seminars, webinars, and exhibitions for customers and staff, while presenting product roadmaps and new features to distributors and installers.

You will train technical teams across our distributor network, promote solutions based on client needs, and collaborate with sales to analyze customer demands and market trends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in alarm systems, video surveillance, and security.
• Excellent knowledge of analogue and IP CCTV and access control systems.
• Experience in installing/designing security systems.
• Public speaking is an advantage; strong communication skills required.
• Travel for business trips and trade shows is expected.
• Independent worker with outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars on the product.
• Introduce product roadmaps and new features to distributors and installers.
• Teach technical staff at distributors to increase product knowledge.
• Promote solutions based on customer needs and support key clients.
• Perform market research and compare competitor products.
• Develop long-term relationships with partners.
• Test features, write documentation, and collaborate with the team.
• Analyze customer needs in collaboration with sales.
