Job summary

Ajax Systems is seeking a seasoned Pre-Sales Engineer/Technical Manager to join its Global Business Development team. You will deliver technical trainings, present roadmaps, and support key clients with product solutions, while conducting market research and building long-term partner relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in pre-sales or related technical roles, strong knowledge of CCTV/IP surveillance, intrusion and access control, and excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in pre-sales or related technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of Physical Security systems (CCTV, IP surveillance, intrusion, fire, access control).
• Results-oriented, outgoing, tenacious, self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits in the area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical trainings, seminars, presentations, and webinars for customers to increase product knowledge.
• Introduce product roadmaps and new features to Ajax Systems customers.
• Promote and introduce product solutions according to customer needs and provide technical consultation and support to key clients.
• Conduct market research and compare competitors' products.
