Job summary

Ajax Systems, a leading international security technology company, is seeking a customer- and revenue-driven specialist in the United States. You will promote security solutions, analyze client needs with sales, and support tender submissions while collaborating on system architecture and compliance.

You will build long-term relationships with distributors and installers, drive product roadmaps, ensure regulatory alignment, and assist in enterprise deployments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in alarm, video surveillance, or access control fields.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Promote and introduce product solutions according to customer thesis, technical consultation, and support of key clients.
• Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.
• Support tender submissions and technical proposals.
• Develop system architecture, BOM, and compliance documentation.
• Support POC deployments and system testing.
• Support sales team with follow-up from leads in our portal.
