Ajax Systems, a leading security technology company, seeks a professional to promote solutions, analyze customer needs, and support tenders and technical proposals. You will develop system architectures, BOMs, and assist with POC deployments while engaging with partners and installers.

You will deliver technical seminars and drive alignment with local regulations, as travel to client sites is required. Strong English and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in alarm, video surveillance or access control roles.
• Extensive knowledge of IP CCTV and intrusion systems.
• Experience in installing/designing security systems.
• Excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and introduce product solutions to customers.
• Analyze customer needs with the sales department.
• Support tender submissions and technical proposals.
• Develop system architecture and BOM.
• Support POC deployments and system testing.
• Assist sales with follow-ups in our portal.
• Develop long-term relationships with partners.
• Introduce product roadmaps for distributors and installers.
• Ensure solutions align with local regulatory requirements.
• Teach technical staff via seminars, exhibitions, webinars.
