Formación

• 18+ years of progressive experience in Professional Services or Product Management.
• 10+ years of Personnel Management.
• Dynamic, articulate, energetic, and self-starter personality with demonstrated ability to translate industry and customer insight into executable strategic vision.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into services solution definitions based on market analysis and retail trends.
• Ability to bring services to market via a Product Management lifecycle across functions.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar services portfolios within SaaS/cloud/enterprise software or digital transformation.
• Proven forecasting and profitability management experience for Professional Services.
• Executive-level presentation and communication skills with clients and executives.
