Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex, cross-functional business initiatives with influence beyond direct reports.
• Strong business and financial acumen including revenue, ARR/SaaS metrics, pipeline, margins and business cases.
• Proven ability to establish operating cadence, governance, KPI scorecards, executive reviews and action-management disciplines.
• Strong judgment and executive presence; ability to distill complex portfolio issues into concise recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate an integrated management system across the Software portfolio (Commerce, Security Suite, AI/Agentic, Payments/Legacy, Marketplace).
• Translate portfolio strategy into explicit priorities, milestones and commitments with clear owners and dependencies.
• Maintain transparency across competing priorities and align resources to high-value outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and services.
• Lead portfolio reviews, KPI scorecards, and executive decision forums; escalate critical blockers with clear recommendations.
