Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager III to lead governance, reporting, and delivery coordination across Professional Services. You will consolidate milestones, risks, and actions for executive visibility and own RAID and action management across multiple customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• 7+ years in project management or PMO/portfolio governance.
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting and materials.
• Experience managing governance cadences, RAID logs, and action registers.
• Strong planning, forecasting, financial tracking, and delivery-health reporting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate portfolio governance reviews and leadership meetings.
• Prepare agendas, executive summaries, minutes, and follow-up communications.
• Consolidate milestones, KPIs, risks, issues, and dependencies for visibility.
• Own RAID processes, capture owners, due dates, and closure evidence.
• Coordinate resource-demand planning, staffing reviews, and utilization discussions.
• Maintain delivery-management standards, templates, and governance controls.
• Support portfolio forecasting, budgeting, and financial tracking.
• Facilitate recurring meetings and translate complex information for execs.
