Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Director of Go-to-Market for Professional Services to shape how PS drives adoption of the ELERA platform among mid-market and channel retail clients. The role defines the strategic framework and routes to market to ensure services are positioned, packaged, and enabled to accelerate client outcomes and platform stickiness.

Qualifications

12+ years in professional services or GTM roles, ideally in enterprise software/services.
Experience shaping a services portfolio strategy and multi-route GTM models at scale.
Strong analytical, cross-functional influencing, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the GTM strategy for Professional Services aligned with product roadmap and revenue targets.
Design service definitions and packaging models to support platform adoption and expansion across routes to market.
Partner with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Business Partner teams to build service-led sales initiatives and value narratives.
Analyze market and competitive trends in retail technology services to inform strategy.
Own route-to-market models for Professional Services and define how services should be structured for each route.
Collaborate with Business Partner and Marketing teams to ensure portfolio representation in partner enablement programs and consistent delivery.
