Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, PMO operations, portfolio management, delivery operations, program governance, or related discipline.
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting, presentations, meeting materials, and written communications.
• Experience managing governance cadences, RAID logs, action registers, and cross-functional follow-through.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong organizational, analytical, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and high volumes of detail while maintaining accuracy and timely follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate recurring portfolio, leadership, customer portfolio, and delivery governance reviews.
• Prepare agendas, executive presentations, status summaries, minutes, and follow-up communications.
• Consolidate milestones, KPIs, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and mitigation actions into reliable portfolio-level visibility.
