Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Executive Director of Portfolio Management for Professional Services to lead a global portfolio spanning consulting, implementation, software development, integration, modernization, and managed services.

The role owns portfolio vision, P&L, and cross-functional leadership to drive results for Toshiba’s retail customers worldwide. High-level strategic and financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in Professional Services or Product Management.
• 10+ years in Personnel Management.
• Translate industry and customer insight into executable strategic vision.
• Forecast and manage Professional Services revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Build a portfolio of professional services aligned with TGCS strategy and growth.
• Define strategic direction, target markets, and conduct financial modeling.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for each service with cross-functional teams.
• Launch new services and enable regional sales and services teams.
• Manage services financials from resource planning to profitability.
