Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in business or technology consulting, performance analytics, BI or related field.
• Problem Solving: Structured approach to ambiguous business challenges.
• Stakeholder Management: Influence resources and manage executive relationships.
• Mindset: Bias for action and intellectual curiosity in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Mastery: Data management, visualization (Tableau, Power BI), and SQL databases.
• Strategic Communication: Translate analyses into executive-level narratives.

Responsibilities

• AI-Led Measurement: pilot AI-driven assessments to validate seller skills and behaviors.
• Strategic Measurement Framework: define North Star KPIs and track program impact.
• Seller Readiness: scale measurement of seller readiness via agentic assessments.
• Accountability for Strategic Initiatives: lead initiatives across Global Field Readiness, Sales Strategy, and Sales Organization.
• Cross-Functional Influence: lead measurement community of practice across enablement and sales teams.
• Strategic Communications: translate analyses into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
