Responsibilities

• AI-led measurement: pilot AI-driven assessments to validate seller skills and behaviors.
• Create a unified global measurement framework and define North Star KPIs.
• Lead seller readiness initiatives through agentic skill assessments.
• Own strategic initiatives across Global Field Readiness, Sales Strategy and Sales Organization.
• Lead cross-functional measurement community across Enablement, Sales & Tech.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
