• Strategic communication: translate complex analytical models into compelling executive narratives.
• Stakeholder management: influence resources and manage executive relationships.

Responsibilities

• AI-Led Measurement: Design the 'Measurement of the Future' by piloting AI-driven assessments and agentic interactions to validate seller skills and behaviors.
• Strategic Measurement Framework: Architect and implement a unified global measurement strategy with North Star KPIs.
• Seller Readiness: Lead initiative to scale measurement of seller readiness through agentic assessments of skills, behaviours and knowledge.
• Accountability for Strategic Initiatives: Own initiatives across Global Field Readiness Organization, Sales Strategy and Sales Organization.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Lead a cross-functional measurement community of practice across enablement, sales strategy and technology teams.
• Strategic Communications: Translate complex data analysis into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
