Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a Learning & Development leader to join the Global PEG training and adoption team. The role focuses on cross-regional collaboration, launching new training products, and driving engagement across regional offices while partnering with Bain’s digital learning stakeholders.

You will own learner engagement, analyze attendance data, and help land priority topics like AI and diligence solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; strong academic credentials.
• Experience in professional services, private equity, or a learning and development / training environment.
• A genuine passion for learning and development, coaching and upskilling others.

Responsibilities

• Launch and socialize new Global PEG training products with regional offices.
• Act as a learning ambassador, testing and reviewing new training products, developing new initiatives, and contributing to Global PEG training projects.
• Act as a key regional point of contact/front line for responding to training queries.
• Represent PEG training on local and regional calls, for example presenting to PEG Program Managers or providing an LT update.
• Mobilize core curriculum training, source trainers and collate feedback for AC-AP training, according to regional and global rollout schedules.
